Your cleaning request

We collect the name, phone number, city, service details and any optional email or ZIP code you provide. We use these details to respond, prepare a quote, schedule and manage your service, and keep a record of our conversations and payments. Please do not include payment card numbers, health information or other sensitive personal details in the form.

How you found us

We record the referring website and advertising campaign labels, when available, to understand where requests come from. Campaign information may be kept in session storage while you browse.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

If you select the optional sharing checkbox, we may share your request, qualification, appointment and completed payment events with Meta. This can include the amount paid, hashed contact information, location identifiers, advertising click or browser identifiers, and technical information such as your IP address and browser. Hashing is a matching technique; it does not make this information anonymous. Meta may use these signals for advertising measurement and ad delivery.

The Meta Pixel is loaded only after an authorized form submission. You can request a quote without allowing this sharing. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal by disabling optional Meta sharing for that submission. Internal notes and your written cleaning description are not sent to Meta.

Storage and access

Requests are stored with our website hosting providers. When email alerts are enabled, we use Resend to send the business owner your contact details and cleaning request so we can respond. Access to the lead dashboard is restricted to the business owner. We retain records for business follow-up and service administration, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
